Where do I find my order number?

It’s in the confirmation email we send after checkout, just after the #. If you have an account, every order is listed under Orders.

What do the steps mean?

Placed means we have your order. Confirmed follows once payment is received. Preparing is when your pieces are checked and packed, and Complete means the order has been fulfilled.

Can I change my delivery details?

Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number, and we’ll see what is still possible before your order is prepared.
