From the shape of a piece to the details of this store. Find a little guidance here, or get in touch.
Products & sizing
A closer look at the pieces and how they sit in a space.
Where can I find product dimensions?
Look for dimensions on the product page, where they are available. The measurements in this concept store are illustrative and should not be used as final purchasing or delivery specifications.
How does the size comparison work?
The comparison shows the illustrated footprints of selected pieces at the same scale. Use it to explore proportions, rather than to confirm door access, room clearance or final product dimensions.
Why are some measurements not shown?
A measurement is only shown when that information is available for the selected piece or variant. A missing value does not mean zero. Ask about the exact piece if you need more detail.
Where can I find materials and finishes?
Start with the details on the product page. Images and material descriptions in this concept store are illustrative; they do not confirm the exact composition, colour or finish of a physical product.
Materials & care
Start with the details that are specific to your piece.
How should I care for upholstered furniture?
Use the care label and the manufacturer’s instructions for the specific fabric and product. A room image alone cannot tell you which cleaning method is suitable. If those instructions are missing, check with the supplier before applying a treatment.
Can I use the same care products on every wood finish?
Different finishes can need different care. Check the product’s finish and its care instructions before choosing a cleaner or polish. This concept store does not provide verified finish-specific care instructions.
Can I request fabric or finish samples?
A sample service is not offered through this concept store. The swatches and material studies shown here are illustrative. You can still send a question about a piece or an image.
Orders & delivery
What to know about shopping this concept store.
Can I order the pieces shown here?
Formrest is a concept store. The products and room scenes are illustrative and are not available to purchase. Shopping features demonstrate the theme experience.
What delivery options are available?
There is no physical order fulfilment through this concept store, so delivery services and arrival dates are not offered here. Do not use the demo checkout as confirmation of a delivery service.
Where can I find shipping and returns information?
This concept store does not process product orders, returns or exchanges. Shipping fees, return windows and warranty terms for a trading store must come from that store’s published policies.
About & contact
A little context, and a way to keep the conversation going.
What is Formrest?
Formrest explores furniture, lighting and objects for everyday living. The name brings together form—the shapes in a room—and rest—the feeling of being at home.
What should I include when I get in touch?
Start with your question and add the name or link of the piece or page you mean. If it is about your space, a short description gives helpful context. Please do not send payment details or other sensitive information.
Where can I find more ideas for my space?
Explore the journal for ideas about arranging pieces, working with light and bringing textures together. The room scenes are inspiration, rather than a specification for a finished room.
